How to Workout for Hypertrophy
Hey! Do you want to know how to workout for hypertrophy?
Well today I'm going to teach you just that.
My name's Mohamed, I'm the owner of BonyMuscle and I've been involved in the fitness space for around 10 years now.
I want to use my experience to help you build big muscles faster than ever and so the first thing I'll need to do is ask you a few questions... ok?
First off, what do you like or dislike about your current physique?
Are you skinner than you'd like to be?
Would you like to become a tad bit bigger?
Maybe you have great genetics but don't know to fully maximize those genetics.
In my experience, my guys have no idea how nice of a physique they can build.
They spend so much time worrying about how others look instead of focusing on their own strengths.
For example, you may have an amazing set of deltoids which many only dream of.
Or perhaps your back has the potential to be so big and strong you could lift the gym.
Regardless of how you currently look understand one thing... you can only improve upon strengths.
Secondly, what do you dread most about your workouts?
Are you growing tired of the exercises you're doing?
Or are you in the gym for hours upon hours a day?
Both of these make it really hard to build muscle fast because in order to make any progress you must be consistent in working out.
A lot of guys make working out for hypertrophy hard because they don't really have a solid plan.
They never take the time to properly plan their workouts which is the fastest way to failure.
I'm sure you've heard that if you fail to plan, plan to fail.
Imagine this... a little girl is riding her bike outside when suddenly a car comes and strikes her hard.
She's rushed to the hospital and they find out she has a broken arm.
The doctor plans to operate on her BUT HE HAS NO PLAN.
What are the chances of this girl recovering? Very slim.
But in reality, that's not how doctors operate and neither should you.
Doctors have protocols in place for handling any type of problem. Its the only way to get results.
Afterall how can you measure progress or adjust the plan if you have no plan...
If you consistently workout without a plan where do you think you'll be in the next two to three years?
Do you think you'll achieve much?
No, you won't.
You need a plan for building muscle and you need to be able to stick to that plan.
In order to come up with a good plan, you need to ask yourself... what would be my ideal workout plan?
To figure that out you need to access your current situation.
Can you make it to the gym 5x a week? Or do you have access to weights at home?
Are you super busy with work that you can only fit in two thirty minute sessions a week?
When designing your ideal workout plan you want to be able to execuate on it consistently.
Otherwise, you won't see any results.

Here it is...
The Simple Hypertrophy Plan
The main benefit of this program is simplicity.
It's an easy to follow workout plan that'll help you build big muscles fast.
Being that it is simple you should be able to stick to it consistently allowing you to see results really quick.
Many people want a complicated workout plan but in reality, that is counterintuitive to gains.
Bruce Lee is quoted to have said "I don't fear the man that practices 10,000 kicks one time but I fear the man that has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
If you follow this plan consistently, you will see results.
However, there are a few things I will mention...
One, I recommend working out in the 8-12 rep range for maximum hypertrophy and two, rest periods should be in the two-minute range.
Make sense so far?
Another benefit of this program is that you're focusing on compound lifts.
Whats the big deal you ask?
Compound lifts literally force your entire body to grow.
These exercises work many muscle groups at once allowing for maximum muscle gain.
Before long you'll be the biggest strongest most powerful man you know.
The key is consistency.
Here's what I want you to do.
Commit to following this plan consistently for the next three months.
Listen to me.
If you give this program one shot, believe me, the only problem you'll have is that you didn't find this post six months ago.
